What positive things are already in your life?
By paying attention to these things, you can attract more positivity and things for which to be grateful.
As you know, gratitude begets gratitude. And when we let gratitude be the guiding light in our days, we’ll be better able to recognize all the positive offerings in our life. And as we recognize the good, we’ll be better able to use it to manifest more of it. And from there we can embetter ourselves, be present for others, and find joy in the present moment.
