Breathe into grace... for thee and for me

Breathing in, I send myself love. Breathing out, I send it to someone else who needs it.

Choose Love first this week, and circle back around to Gratitude.

What has brought you the most peace? How can you inspire peace and joy in others?

How can you offer acceptance, courtesy, kindness, and open-hearted goodwill to another today? Tomorrow?

How can you open your heart to your best self? To allowing others to see their best selves?

Breathing in, I send myself love. Breathing out, I send it to someone else who needs it.

This is the chance to shake it all off. {by flitting it away from your fingertips}⁣

To dance it all out. {by shimmying any which way}⁣

To pour it all out. {a nice deep forward fold or perhaps a side bend}⁣

To rinse it away. {with some twists and inversions}⁣

Let it all go, sis. Empty your cup so that it may be filled by the promise of a New Everything. Pour it all out. Shake it all away. Move, exhale, inhale, release, relieve. ... ⁣

Let the light of radical compassion continue to guide you.... past resolutions and into your personal revolution. ⁣
